Should you let your kids joke and tease with each other? What's the balance between a sense of humor, and a consideration for the feelings of others?

Lab Notes

You're listening as they tease and joke with each other. It seems harmless enough. You want them to have a sense of humor. But inevitably, one of them gets his or he feelings hurt and you've got yet another fight on your hands.

What do you do when your child says "I was just kidding!"?

I read a selection from "The Screwtape Letters" by C.S. Lewis in this episode. The whole book is worth reading. It makes a great read-aloud and discussion with your teens as well.
